HO3 - Homeowners Policy

The Homeowners 3 policy form is referred to as an all-risk or open peril policy, meaning it covers everything except what is specifically excluded in the policy.  Protection for your home and personal property from perils such as fire, lightning, theft, wind and liability are provided.

HO6 - Unit Owners Policy

The Homeowners 6 policy form is a named peril policy, specifically designed for condominium unit owners.  A named peril insurance policy covers only what is specifically noted in the policy.

DP3 - Dwelling Fire Policy

The Dwelling 3 policy form is designed for seasonal, secondary or rental properties.  Since there is likely less need for extensive coverage for items like personal property as with a Homeowners 3 policy, this form allows you to save money by letting you only purchase the coverages you need.
